农学应用型本科实践教学体系构建与人才培养——以河套学院农学专业为例

农学应用型本科教育肩负着为国家特别是为地区培养农业经济建设需要的高级应用型专门人才的重任,因此农学专业准确把握学校的办学定位和自身的专业定位,明确人才培养目标,构建科学的教学模式,特别是构建适合当地农业经济发展的实践教学体系,对于培养符合地方行业企业岗位要求的农业科技应用型专门人才是十分重要的。实践教学体系包括实践教学计划、师资队伍、教学方法、实践教学环节等重要内容,该文阐述了应用型本科院校农学专业实践教学体系的构建与人才培养。

The application-oriented Undergraduate Education of agronomy specialty undertakes the heavy task of cultivating the applied specialized personnel on higher level for region＇s needs of agricultural economic construction.So holding correctly the orientation of school-running and specialty,clearing talent training goal,constructing scientific teaching mode,and especially to build a practical teaching system for the local agricultural economic development are very important to cultivate the applied agricultural technology specialized personnel based on local industry and enterprise＇s post demands.The practical teaching system includes practical teaching plan,teaching staff, teaching method,practice teaching link and so on.This article analyzed the construction of practical teaching system and the cultivation of talents in agronomy specialty of application-oriented undergraduate institutes.
