Causes of Overpricing of Medicine:a Research Based on Interests Analysis

基于利益分析的视角与方法,分析在原有政策背景下药品消费者利益集团、药品生产流通者利益集团和药品规制者利益集团各自的利益实现方式、对药品价格影响力的大小等,进而探究三大利益集团共同影响下药价虚高的深层次原因,为解决药品价格虚高问题中所涉及的利益联盟和利益对抗等问题提供参考。

In this article,based on the perspective and the method of benefit analysis,the author analyzed the different ways of obtaining interests and different influence on drug prices between three Interest Groups,which are customer interest group,medicine producing and circulating interest group and rule maker interest group.And then this article tried to seek the deep-seated reason for unreasonably high medicine prices under the joint influence of three Interest Groups,which will offer reference for solving the problems of interest alliance and interest confrontation.
