Investigation and Research on the Present Situation of Scientific and Technological Innovation in Private Enterprises

民营企业科技创新能力现状调查有助于政府决策,也有利于政府提供相应的扶持对策。民营企业已成为地方经济转型升级、科技创新发展的生力军,但民营企业科技创新还存在一些值得关注的问题。该文设计了科技创新的评价指标,建立针对民营企业的科技创新评价指标体系,探求适合东莞民营企业科技创新的调查方法,以便对东莞民营企业科技创新的扶持对策提出相应的建议。

Private enterprise scientific and technological innovation capacity of the status quo to help the government decision-making,but also conducive to the government to provide the appropriate support measures.Private enterprise has become of the local economy transition,upgrade,force in the development of scientific and technological innovation,but innovation of private scientific and technological enterprises still exist some problems worthy of attention.In this paper,we design the evaluation index of scientific and technological innovation,set up the scientific and technological innovation evaluation index system for private enterprises,explore the scientific and technological innovation of private enterprises in Dongguan,so as to put forward some suggestions for the scientific and technological innovation of private enterprises in Dongguan.
