摘要
副翼是飞机机翼的重要组成部分,其周围气体流动对飞机翻转起着重要作用。对多场求解器MFS和MFX数据的交换方式进行了研究和对比分析,并介绍了实现流固耦合分析的多种方式。采用有限元软件ANSYS-Workbench的双向流固耦合分析系统对飞机副翼转动过程中的气体流动进行分析。通过分析得到了不同时刻下副翼转动气动特性,有效避免副翼反效和提高副翼效率,为提高飞机的操纵性能提供依据。
The aileron is an important part of the airplane wings,whose surrounding airflowplays an important role inturning-over of the airplane. In this paper,the data exchange ways of M ulti-field solver M FS and M FX are studied and comparatively analyzed,and various ways of implementing fluid-solid coupling analysis are introduced. M eanwhile,by using two-way fluid-structure interaction analysis system in the software of ANSYS-Workbench,the airflowcaused by aileron rotation is analyzed,and the aileron rotating aerodynamic characteristics at different times are acquired. As a result,aileron reversal is effectively avoided and aileron efficiency is improved,which lay a foundation for enhancing maneuver performance.
