摘要
介绍了某型号飞机翼身结合精加工流程,阐明了钛合金与铝合金层叠结构交点孔在铰孔精加工过程中亟待解决的问题是孔径超差和铝合金孔壁划伤。针对这两个问题,对抛光工艺、精加工装配工装、专用铰刀结构参数、切削加工参数、铰孔精加工流程等影响因素进行了研究,通过理论分析和试验验证,对专用铰刀切削刃前角、后角、螺旋角、容削槽等结构参数和每齿进给量、切削速度等切削加工参数进行了优化。此优化可以极大地提高加工质量和效率,避免孔径超差和铝合金孔壁划伤现象的发生,从而满足加工精度要求。
The finish machining process of wing and fuselage assembly for a type of aircraft is introduced and two key issues with reaming joint holes of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy sandwich structure are stated:( 1) the aperture is out of tolerance;( 2) the surface of aluminum alloy hole has hairline scratch. To solve these two problems,the polishing process,the assembly fixture,the structure parameters of reamer,the machining parameters and the finish machining process of reaming are thoroughly studied. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the structure parameters such as rake angle,clearance angle,spiral angle and chip pocket,and the machining parameters such as feed per tooth and cutting speed are optimized particularly,which improved the quality and efficiency of processing,avoided the two problems mentioned,and achieved the machining accuracy.
