随着国家低空开放的逐步实行,通用航空产业发展的社会效益、经济效益和国防效益日益突出。应用产业集群方法,研究了我国通用航空产业发展的现状,并通过与美国的对比,找出我国通用航空产业发展存在的差距。分析和调研造成差距的影响因素,对我国通用航空产业未来发展路径进行描述,并提出了我国通用航空产业发展相关政策。未来应以拥有自主知识产权的通用飞机来支撑通用航空事业的发展。利用世界经济形势,大力实施国际化战略,为国内通航大发展积蓄能量。

With the gradual opening of low-altitude airspace,the social,economic and national defense benefits of general aviation industry become more important. The current situation of China＇s general aviation industry is studied by using the industrial cluster method. Through comparison,difference between China＇ s general aviation industry and that of America is analyzed. Also,the future development path of China＇s general aviation industry is described and several policies and suggestions are presented.
