摘要
针对当代大学生只是拥有理论知识,而极度缺乏实际加工实践的现象,搭建了一个实验室的微小铣床。主要用于本科生实验教学中,可以满足学生自行设计零件及加工工艺,并对其进行实际的加工操作。该文从教学实践和教学思考两个方面对微小加工技术进行分析和探讨,让学生熟悉数控加工的基本操作,提高学生主动思考的积极性及动手能力,同时也实现了"教、学、做"的一体化教学,并指出了下一步将要做的工作。
In view of the phenomenon that contemporary college students only have the theoretical knowledge lacking much practical practice actually, we establish a micro milling machine in the laboratory, which mainly used in undergraduate experimental courses. Students can design parts and machining technical process by themselves and operate machine tool to manufacture the parts. This paper makes analysis from two aspects of practice and thinking about micro milling, and lets students to be familiar with the basic operation of CNC machining.Then it also makes the integrated teaching of "teaching, learning and doing"be realized though encouraging students to improve their abilities to initiative and think actively. Finally, it shows what to do for the next step.
