研究生《工程项目管理》课程建设与思考

A Research on Course Construction and Consideration of“Construction Management”for Graduate Students

课程建设是研究生培养的基础环节,对提高研究生培养质量具有重要作用,《工程项目管理》是一门多学科交叉的课程,该课程建设内容直接影响工程管理方向研究生的培养质量。该文以长沙理工大学为例,探讨了目前研究生工程项目管理课程教学实践中存在的一些问题,从教学内容、课程教学方式以及课程考核三个方面提出了加强课程建设的措施。从目前的课程建设成效来看,学生的学习主动性和综合素质有了提高。此外,该文还提出了课程进一步改进的方向。

Course construction is a basic connection of graduate students cultivation,and is very important to enhance cultivation quality.＂Construction Management＂is an interdisciplinary course with other multi-subjects, and its construction contents directly influence cultivation quality of graduate students. Illustrated by the case of Changsha University of ST,course teaching problems are analyzed, moreover, measures of enhancing course construction are proposed, which include aspects of teaching contents, teaching mode and examination. In view of the existing conditions, initiative and comprehensive quality of students had improved. Moreover, further ways to improve course are put forward.
