基于开放共享导向的西部地方高校科研实验室管理模式的浅析

Analysis of Opening and Sharing Management Mode for Research Laboratories in the Western Local College

改革开放以来,中国高等教育获得快速发展,已经进入大众化教育。高校实验室是进行科学试验和创新的重要场所,是培养高素质科技人才的基地。在新的历史使命下,高校实验室的职能正在发生转变,高校实验室尤其是西部地方高校实验室管理模式适应不了经济社会发展的需求。该文分析了西部地方高校科研实验室仪器设备的使用现状和管理模式,论述建立新的开放共享科研实验室的必要性。阐述了开放共享模式下科研实验室管理可能存在的问题,对开放共享模式下的科研实验室建设和管理提出了几点建议。

Chinese higher education has obtained rapid development since reform and opening to the world.Higher education entered popular education.Laboratories of university are important places for scientific experiment and innovation,and are experimental base to train high quality talent of technology.Under the new historical mission,the competency of the university laboratory is changing.The management mode of the laboratories in universities,especially in local colleges,can not meet requirement of economical and social development.It was illuminated that the current situations of applications of instruments and management mode for research laboratories in western local colleges.The necessities of opening and sharing research laboratory were discussed.Problems resulted from the opening and sharing style were pointed out.Finally,several proposals about research laboratory management and construction under this model were put forward.
