摘要
目的分析锁定钢板固定加植骨治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾分析72例EvanSⅠ~Ⅴ型老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用股骨近端锁定钢板固定加植骨治疗的临床效果。结果 72例2例死亡,其余70例均愈合良好,无伤口感染、骨不愈不连、内外翻和深静脉血栓形成,Harris髋关节功能评分优良率达97.14%。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折锁定钢板固定加植骨治疗是一种上佳选择。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate fixation and bone grafting in the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures.Methods The clinical effects of 72 patients with Evans I-V type of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture who received with proximal femoral locking plate fixation and bone grafting were retrospective analyzed.Results In 72 cases,2 cases died.while the other 70 cases were healed well with no wound infection,nonunion,bone healing inside and deep vein thrombosis.The excellent rate of harris hip function score was 97.14%.Conclusion For senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture,locking plate fixation and bone grafting treatment is a good choice.
