头孢呋辛联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Cefuroxime Combined with Yanhuning in Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

目的探讨头孢呋辛联合炎琥宁对小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗效果和症状改善作用,并探讨和分析其安全性。方法随机选择该院2013年1月—201 4年10月收治的小儿支气管肺炎124例,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和治疗组,两组各62例,对照组应用头孢呋辛治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予炎琥宁注射液治疗。连续治疗6 d为1个疗程,主要观察两组患儿临床治疗效果、主要症状或体征改善时间、住院治疗时间及不良反应等指标。结果治疗组患儿总有效率为96.00%(1/50),高于对照组88.00%(44/50),治疗组无效率为2.00%(1/50),低于对照组12.00%(6/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):治疗组患儿退热时间、咳嗽/喘憋缓解时间、哕音消失时间、X线肺部炎症消失时间和住院时间分别为(3.18±0.26)、(6.10±0.24)、(7.03±0.41)、(7.13±0.36)d和(13.09±0.37)d,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢呋辛联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著改善患者的症状或体征,缩短疗程,并具有较好的安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and symptoms improvement of cefuroxime combined with Yanhuning in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia,and to observe and analyze its security.Methods 124 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected in the hospital from January 2013 to October in 2014,and according to random number table method they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,62 cases in each group.The control group used cefuroxime treatment,and the treatment group was given yanhuning injection treatment on the basis of the control group.Continuous treatment for6 d was considered as a treatment period.Clinical effects,the main signs or symptoms improvement time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group 96.00%（1/50）,was higher than that of the control group 88.00%（44/50）,the inefficient rate of the treatment group 2.00%（1/50）,was lower than that of the control group 12.00%（6/50）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time of cough/fever alleviate,the sound disappear time,X-ray lung inflammation disappear time and hospital stay time of the treatment group were（3.18±0.26）d,（6.10±0.24）d,（7.03±0.41）d,（7.13±0.36）d and（13.09±0.37）d,lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference between the adverse reaction results of the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the children with bronchopneumonia,the clinical effect of cefuroxime combined with Yanhuning is better,which can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms or signs,shorten treatment time,and has good security.
