心理护理干预对鼻内镜鼻息肉手术患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance of Patients with Endoscopic Nasal Polyp Operation

目的探讨心理护理对鼻内镜鼻息肉手术患者治疗依从性的影响。方法整群选取入医院行鼻内镜鼻息肉手术的患者86例作为研究对象,采用数字随机表将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以心理护理干预,行焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS),评估两组治疗依从性。结果观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分分值分别为(37.61±2.67)分、(32.10±3.54)分、(1.05±0.87)分均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活习惯依从性、饮食依从性、用药依从性分别为(9.15±0.31)分、(9.21±0.27)分、(9.37±0.41)分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预能够有效改善鼻内镜鼻息肉手术患者的消极情绪,提高其用药及饮食依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on the treatment compliance of patients with endoscopic nasal polyp operation.Methods 86 cases underwent endoscopic nasal polyp operation in the hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the random number table method.The control group received the conventional nursing,and the observation group adopted psychological nursing intervention.Self—rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） were measured in all the patients.And the treatment compliance of the two groups was assessed.Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS and VAS scores of the observation group were（37.61±2.67） points,（32.10±3.54） points,（1.05±0.87） points,respectively,which were much lower than those of the control group,respectively,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;after nursing,the habits compliance,diet compliance and medication compliance in the observation group was（9.15 ±0.31） points,（9.21 ±0.27） points,（9.37 ±0.41） points,respectively,much higher than that in the control group respectively with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotion and medication compliance and diet compliance in patients with endoscopic nasal polyp operation.
