当归六黄汤加减联合梅花针叩刺治疗血热风盛型斑秃的疗效探讨

Observation on Efficacy of Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction Combined with Plum-blossom-needle Tapping for Blood Hot Air Filled-type Alopecia Areata

目的分析当归六黄汤加减联合梅花针叩刺治疗血热风盛型斑秃的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理,开拓中医药治疗斑秃的新思维,为其推广提供理论依据。方法采用随机对照的方法将符合标准的60例血热风盛型斑秃患者随机分为二组:治疗组采用当归地黄汤加减为主的口服汤剂联合梅花针叩刺,1次/d,生姜片外搽,2次/d;对照组:采用梅花针叩刺,1次/d,生姜片外搽,2次/d,1个月为1个疗程,观察2个月后,和3个月后各组疗效,比较治疗结果。结果 3个疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率96.6%,对照组总有效率56.7%,二组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)治疗组有效率明显高于对照组且没有不良反应发生。结论当归六黄汤加减联合梅花针叩刺治疗血热风盛型斑秃的临床疗效疗效高,安全可靠有显著优势,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction combined with plum-blossom-needle tapping for blood hot air filled-type alopecia areata and explore its mechanism in order to develop new thinking and provide a theoretical basis for its promotion.Methods 60 patients with hot air filled-type alopecia areata who were in accordance with the criteria were divided into two groups by randomized controlled method：the treatment group in which the modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction-based oral administration combined with Plum-blossom-needle tapping was used once daily and ginger for external use twice daily,and control group in which plum-blossom-needle tapping was used once daily and ginger for external use twice daily.One month was considered as a period of treatment and the effects of the two groups 2 month and 3 month after treatment were observed and compared.Results After three courses,the total efficiency rate of treatment group and the control group was 96.6%and 56.7%respectively,there was a significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups（P〈0.05）,the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher with no adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the therapy of blood hot air filled-type alopecia areata treated by Danggui Liuhuang decoction combined with plum-blossom-needle tapping is safe and reliable.There is a significant advantage,so it should be widely applied.
