祛痰平喘汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Expectorant Asthma Soup for Chronic Obstructive Pneumonia Disease

目的评价祛痰平喘汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效。方法随机选取老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者72例,随机分为两组,其中观察组37例,选用祛痰平喘汤进行治疗,对照组35例,选用西医常规治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效、各肺功能指标以及不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效优良率为86.5%,对照组为62.9%,两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)观察组各肺功能指标均明显优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论祛痰平喘汤治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效好,能有效改善患者肺功能,值得在临床上予以推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of expectorant asthma soup treatment in elderly patients with COPD.Methods 72 elderly patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups.For 37 cases in the observation group,expectorant asthma soup was used for treatment;while for 35 cases in the control group,conventional western medicine was chosen.The clinical efficacy,lung function indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Excellent clinical efficacy was 86.5%in observation group and 62.9%in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant different（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,lung function indicators were significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of expectorant asthma soup for senile COPD is good,which can effectively improve lung function,and it is worthy of clinical application.
