摘要
目的探讨重度膝外翻畸形全膝置换术的手术方法及临床治疗效果。方法对2008年6月—2013年6月所收治的21例重度膝外翻患者常用全膝关节置换术治疗进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例随访时间为1-5年,平均3年,膝关节外翻畸形均完全矫正,膝关节HSS评分达83-97分,膝关节活动度提高至850-1100,外翻度数（股胫角）降至00-100,全部病例未发生感染,血管神经损伤及髌骨脱位,未发现假体松动。结论重度膝外翻畸形患者常用常规截骨,正确的软组织松解及选择合适的假体植入,可很好的矫正外翻畸形,获得满意疗效。
Objective To investigate the method and clinical curative effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of severe valgus deformity. Methods 21 patients with severe valgus deformity who were treated in our hospital with total knee arthroplasty between June 2008 and June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results After All follow-up for 1 ~ 5 years, average 3 years, of all the patients, knee valgus deformities were corrected completely, and the HSS knee score was 83 ~ 97, and knee activity in-creased to 850~1100 degrees, and tibiofemoral angle （ valgus femoral tibial angle） decreased to 00~100. No infection, blood tube nerve injury, dislocation of patella, and prosthesis loosening were found. Conclusion Conventional osteotomy combined with soft tissue release and prosthesis implantation for patients with severe valgus knee can correct the valgus deformity with satisfactory cu-rative effect.
