超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼临床研究

Observation on Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation in Treatment of Angle Closure Glaucoma

目的研究超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院于2011年2月—2014年5月期间收治82例闭角型青光眼患者作为此次试验研究对象,分为观察组(使用超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗方法)和对照组(使用传统小梁切除术治疗患者)各41例,分析两组治疗结果。结果经手术治疗后,观察组的眼压值为(13.3±2.2)mmHg,前房深度(2.8±0.7)mm,均低于对照组水平,且观察组的视力值为(0.8±0.2)则明显高出对照组,各指标的组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。且两组的术后并发症发生率也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论使用超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术能够有效治疗闭角型青光眼,且手术安全性高,值得临床推荐和使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of an-gle-closure glaucoma. Methods 82 patients with angle-closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital between February 2011 and May 2014 were selected as the research objective and divided into observation group （using phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation） and control group （using traditional trabeculectomy） with 41 cases in each group. The treatment outcomes were ana-lyzed. Results After operation, the intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth of the observation group was （13.3±2.2）mmHg and （2.8±0.7）mm respectively and they were lower than those of the control group;visual acuity of the observation group （0.8± 0.2）was obviously higher than that of the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the indicators of the two groups （P〈0.05）.What’s more , there was statistically significant difference between the complication rate of the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can be effective in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma, and with high surgery safety, it is worthy of recommendation and use.
