经乳晕缘切口乳腺良性肿瘤切除术的临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Benign Breast Tumor Resection by Periareolar Incision

目的对乳晕缘切口切除乳腺良性肿瘤的效果进行临床评价。方法整群选取2012年3月—2014年3月的54例在该院接受乳晕缘切口手术的乳腺良性肿瘤患者,观察手术的效果和评价其安全性等。结果54例患者手术后,有2例出现轻微感染,均检查均为脂肪液化并在对症治疗后痊愈,剩下的52例患者术后切口全部一期愈合,愈合率为100%,无血肿、感染发生等不良反应。随访1年,肿瘤病灶切除完整,切口瘢痕不明显,仅在手术部位稍微留有白色条纹,对乳房的美观度影响不大。未出现严重不良并发症。结论经乳晕缘切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤在临床上有着较好的治疗效果,不仅能完整的切除病变的肿瘤,同时还不影响患者乳房的美观,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of female benign breast tumor received operation by periareolar incision. Methods Selecting 54 in-patients with benign breast tumor treated in our hospital from March, 2012 to March, 2014. The thera-peutic effectiveness was observed. Results The incision was healed of stage I accounted for 100%. There are no complications or recurrence and the aspect of breast is normal by one year follow-up. Conclusion The surgical method has many advantages in-cluding simple, safety, better therapeutic efficacy and cosmetic result. It could be a facultative surgical method for female benign breast tumor, which should be widely applied in clinic.
