23例脑出血钻孔引流术后护理研究

Study on the Nursing for 23 Cases with Cerebral Hemorrhage Undergoing Ventricle Puncture Drainage

目的研究和分析对做了脑出血脑室引流手术患者的有效护理。方法整群选取2014年2—8月期间在该医院治疗的46例病例,均采用脑室引流手术的脑出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机原则,将患者分成对照组和观察组各23例,对照组给予一般的常规护理,观察组则在对照组护理的基础上,给予系统的专项护理,治疗结束,统计和对比两组患者的治愈率、死亡率和护理满意度。结果观察组和对照组患者的治愈率分别为26.1%(6/23)、13.0%(3/23),死亡率分别为4.3%(1/23)、17.4%(4/23),该两组患者的治愈率和死亡率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经过医护人员精心护理以后,观察组患者对于护士所做的护理满意率为86.95%(20/23),明显高于对照组患者的满意率60.87%(14/23)。两组患者的护理满意度对比,亦存在明显的差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论对于脑出血脑室钻孔引流术以后的患者进行有效的科学护理,可以能够极大地提高患者的治愈率,降低死亡率。

Objective To study and analyze the effective nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage undergoing ventricle puncture drainage. Methods 46 cases underwent ventricular drainage in our hospital from February 2014 to August 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 23 cases in each. The control group were treated by the general conventional nursing, and the observation group were treated by the systematic special nursing based on the conventional nursing. After treatment, the cure rate, mortality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The cure rate was 26.1%（6/23） in the observation group, and 13.0%（3/23） in the control group, the mortality was 4.3%（1/23） in the observation group, and 17.4%（4/23） in the control group, the difference in the cure rate and mortality between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After careful nursing, the nursing satisfaction was 86.95%（20/23） in the observation group, much higher than 60.87%（14/23） in the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with cerebral hemorrhage undergoing ventricle puncture drainage, effective and scientific nursing can greatly improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality.
