阴式子宫切除术的围术期护理分析

Analysis of the Perioperative Nursing for Vaginal Hysterectomy

目的探讨阴式子宫切除术的围术期护理。方法选取于2013年1月—2014年2月期间在该院产妇科行阴式子宫切除术患者60例作为观察组,给予围术期护理,选择同期行阴式子宫切除术患者60例作为对照组,给予常规护理,采用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析,经X^2检验,比较两组患者的住院时间及护理满意度。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果该组病例均顺利手术,术均无大出血、阴道感染、下肢静脉血栓等并发症发生,观察组住院时间为(6.34±1.23)d,对照组住院时间为(8.12±2.43)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.9030,P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为98.33%(59/60),对照组护理满意度为81.67%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(X^2=15.4198,P<0.05)。结论对阴式子宫切除术患者实施围手术期护理,减少术后并发症的发生,对患者的预后有重要影响,促进患者早日恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for vaginal hysterectomy. Methods 60 patients underwent vaginal hysterectomy in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected as the observation group and given perioperative nursing, and other 60 patients underwent vaginal hysterectomy during the same pe-riod were selected as the control group and given conventional nursing. SPSS17.0 statistical software was adopted for analysis. In addition, through χ^2 test, the length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. And the nursing effi-cacy of the two groups was compared. Results All the patients underwent the operation successfully without massive haemorrhage, vaginal infection, and lower limb venous thrombosis and other complications. The length of stay was （6.34 ±1.23）d in the observa-tion group, and （8.12±2.43）d in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（t=3.9030, P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate was 98.33%（59/60） in the observation group, and 81.67% （49/60） in the control group, the dif-ference was statistically significant（χ^2=15.4198, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with vaginal hysterectomy, perioperative nursing is has great effect on the prognosis, it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote the recovery, so it is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
