中药薰洗联合关节镜治疗术后膝关节强直的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Arthroscopy in Treatment of Ankylosis of Knee Joint After Operation

目的对中药薰洗联合关节镜治疗术后膝关节强直的疗效进行分析和探讨。方法整群选择该院收治的诊断为膝关节术后强直的患者共计50例作为研究对象,采用随机的方式将这些患者分为对照组和观察组,每组患者有25例。采用常规治疗方式对对照组患者进行治疗,采用中药薰洗联合关节镜治疗观察组,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果在经过精心的治疗之后,对照组患者共计达到了56%的优良率,观察组患者共计达到了92%的优良率,两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药熏洗联合关节镜治疗术后膝关节强直具有十分显著的疗效,并且能够对患者的术后康复起到有效的促进作用,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of knee joint ankylosis after surgical treatment. Methods 50 diagnosed patients with ankylosis of the knee joint admitted to our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, while those in the observation group received Chinese herbal fumigation combined with arthroscopy. Treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results After careful treatment, the excellent and good rate of the control group was 56%, and that of the observation group was 92% and the difference was statisti-cally significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with arthroscopy in the treatment of knee joint ankylosis after surgical treatment is remarkable and it can be helpful for promoting the postoperative rehabilitation, so it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
