胸腹腔镜结合超声刀用于食管癌切除治疗中的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析评价胸腹腔镜结合超声刀用于食管癌切除的临床治疗效果。方法随机选择2012年1月—2014年12月该院进行诊治的食管癌患者,将其分为两组,每组35例患者。两组均进行胸腹腔手术切除食管癌,观察组结合超声刀治疗,对照组则结合电刀治疗,比较观察两组的临床效果及术后出现的并发症进行统计学分析。结果观察组在手术时间、术中失血量及淋巴结清扫数量等指标上,较对照组均有明显优势,且治疗后出现的并发症也较少,其统计结果P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论胸腹腔镜结合超声刀用于食管癌切除治疗,临床上效果显著,能降低并发症的发生率,对患者伤害小,具有较高的临床应用价值,应加大使用范围。 Objective To analyzed and evaluate the clinical effect of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy combined with ultrasonic scalpel in the resection of esophageal carcinoma. Methods 70 patients with esophageal carcinoma who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital between January 2012 and December 2014 were divided into two groups with 35 in each group. Patients in the observation group underwent resection of esophageal carcinoma by thoracoscopy and laparoscopy combined with ultrasonic scalpel, while those in the control by thoracoscopy and laparoscopy combined with electrotome. The clinical effects and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results Operative time, intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph node dissection, postoperative complications and other indicators of the observation group were superior to those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy combined with ultrasonic scalpel in the resection of esophageal carcinoma is remarkable, and it can reduce the incidence of complications and is with small injuries. For the high clinical value, it should be used more widely.
