Review of Acupuncture in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

该文主要是对近年来针灸治疗周围性面瘫的诊疗情况作一综述。处方选穴以手足阳明经和面部穴位为主;治疗方法为以针刺为主和针刺结合其它疗法两大类;针灸治疗面瘫方法众多,经验丰富,疗效满意,是目前治疗面瘫公认的较有效的疗法之一。通过查阅大量相关文献,总结近年来针灸治疗周围性面瘫的各种有效治疗方法,以更好地为临床患者服务。

This article mainly makes a review of the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture in recent years. Acupuncture prescription gives priority to hand and foot-yangming meridians and facial acupoints with the two methods of acupuncture and acupuncture-based therapy. Acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has the advantage of diversity of methods, wide and long term usage, and satisfactory effect, so it is recognized widely as an effective therapy. The author tries to, by consulting a large number of correlative papers, summarize all kinds of relevant methods which is effective in recent years so as to better serve patients.
