Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and craniotomy operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 112 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our department were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into routine craniotomy group(n=53) and minimally invasive intracranial hematoma group(n=59). The wound size, bleed volume, duration of operation, duration of hosipitalization, complications and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The wound size, bleed volume, duration of operation, duration of hospitalization and rate of complications were lower in the minimally invasive intracranial hematoma group than those in the routine craniotomy group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); there was no statistically significant difference between the therapeutic effects of the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effects of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma and craniotomy operation in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage are both good, but the former is worthy of promotion in clinical practice because it has features of minimal invasion, little bleeding, short duration of and hospitalization and low complication rate.
