硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎临床效果观察

目的探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎临床效果。方法将随机选取2013年12月—2014年12月在该院妇科治疗的120例阴道炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组采用传统治疗药物,比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况及不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率为5%,较对照组的11.67%明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎临床效果显著,能有效减少复发,具有积极的临床意义。

Results There are statistically significant between two group（P〈0.05）, The observation group treatment effective rate was 93.33%, significantly higher than control group for 83.33%; Observation group recurrence rate was 5%, significantly lower than 11.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Incidence of adverse reactions have no obvious difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Nifuratel Nystatin vaginal soft capsules treatment therapy clinical effect is remarkable, can effectively reduce the recurrence, it does play an important role in clinical.
