护理康复路径对结肠癌手术患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Nursing Rehabilitation Path on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Colon Cancer Surgery

目的对护理康复路径对结肠癌手术患者的康复效果的影响进行分析探讨。方法将随机选取该院2014年1月—2015年1月收治的60例结肠癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组30例患者行常规护理干预,观察组30例患者以护理康复路径模式进行护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,两组患者的住院费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的健康知识知晓率为93.33%,对照组的健康知识知晓率为76.67%,观察组的知晓率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组的健康知识知晓率为93.33%,对照组的健康知识知晓率为76.67%,观察组的知晓率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对结肠癌手术患者以护理康复路径模式进行护理干预能够有效提高患者对疾病的认识,提高康复效果,密切护患关系,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and investigate the effect of nursing rehabilitation path on the rehabilitation of patients with colon cancer surgery. Methods 60 cases with colon cancer surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. 30 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing intervention, 30 cases in the observation group were given the nursing rehabilitation path. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The length of stay of the observation group was much shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. There was no statistically significant difference in the hospitalization expenses between the observation group and the control group,P〉0.05. The observation group had much higher awareness rate of knowledge about health than the control group（93.33% vs 76.67%）, the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Nursing rehabilitation path applied to patients with colon cancer surgery can effectively enhance patients＇ awareness of health, im-prove the rehabilitation effect, facilitate the nurse-patient relationship, so it is worthy of clinical application.
