Based on the characteristics of the development of biomedical industry , we can analyze the key roles of construction of innovation clusters that play in the development of industrial clusters .Therefore we can present strategies on innovation clusters during the development of biomedical industry clusters , according to the following five aspects including the introduction of the technology team, construction of intermediary organizations, support of major projects, form of venture capital mechanism , con-version paths of scientific and technological achievements.
