探讨老年高血压患者药物应用误区及纠正对策

目的探讨老年高血压患者药物应用误区,探讨纠正方法。方法采取调查问卷的方式调查1389例高血压患者对疾病认识情况、用药情况、选择药物的影响因素等。结果 887例患者存在不同程度的用药误区,最为明显药物依从性低,其次为患者自主停药,再次为剂量不全理或无指征用药;药物疗效、药品价格、服用次数等影响患者的药物选择。结论老年高血压患者因各种因素影响,在药物应用上存在误区,可通过加强社区服务、健康教育及心理辅导,提高用药依从性,正确用药,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective Elderly patients with essential hypertension medication errors, discuss remedies. Methods The way to take the questionnaire survey 1389 cases of awareness of the disease in patients with hypertension, the drug use, drug selection and oth-er factors.Results The presence of 887 cases of patients with different degrees of medication errors, most notably low medication compliance, followed by patients with spontaneous withdrawal, once again no indication dose incomplete treatment or medication;drug efficacy, drug prices, the number of doses and other drugs affect the patient＆#39;s choice. Conclusion Elderly patients with hy-pertension due to various factors, the presence of the drug use Medication errors, by strengthening community services, health edu-cation and counseling to improve medication compliance, proper drug use, improve the quality of life of patients.
