加强高压蒸汽灭菌前对消毒包的监控与管理

Strengthen Before Autoclaving for Sterilization Monitoring and Management Package

目的分析加强高压蒸汽灭菌前对消毒包的监控与管理效果,以提高消毒灭菌质量。方法选取2012年5月—2013年5月该院灭菌前消毒包350个作为研究对象,参照《消毒技术规范》中对灭菌前物品的基本要求对其加强高压蒸汽灭菌前进行监控与管理,比较灭菌前消毒包监控管理前后检查合格率。结果管理和监控之后的灭菌前消毒包检查合格率明显高于未接受管理和监控之前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的监控和管理提高高压蒸汽灭菌前对消毒包的检查合格率。

Objective To analyze the strengthening before autoclaving to sterilize the effect of packet monitoring and management in order to improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization.Methods From 2012 May -2013 year in May my courtyard before disinfection package in 350 as the research object, referring to ＆quot;technical standard for disinfection＆quot;in before sterilization items on the basic requirements of strengthening high-pressure steam sterilization before the monitor and management, comparative package before disinfection qualified rate of monitor and management before and after. Results Before sterilization packet inspection pass rate management and monitoring was significantly higher than before after not receiving management and monitoring,there was sta-tistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective monitoring and management the development of scientific plan and implement, through feedback, to make correct evaluation, inspection pass rate increase before autoclaving for sterilization package.
