PDCA改善循环法在放射科护理安全管理中的应用分析

目的分析PDCA改善循环法在放射科护理安全管理的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2013年2月—2015年2月该院放射科接受各项放射检查及治疗的65例患者资料,设为研究组;将2011年1月—2013年1月该院放射科接受各项放射检查及治疗的61例患者资料,设为对照组;研究组采用PDCA改善循环法,对照组采用常规方案护理未接受PDCA改善循环法,对比两组候检时间、患者满意度、健康教育知晓率及不良事件。结果研究组候检时间(20.81±9.11)min显著短于对照组(49.58±12.14)min,研究组患者满意度、健康教育知晓率高于对照组,且不良事件低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA改善循环法在放射科护理安全管理中具有积极应用价值,在缩短患者候检时间同时提高患者满意度、健康教育知晓率,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA Application improve circulation in radiology nursing safety management. Methods A retrospective analysis of February 2013 February 2015 to accept the hospital radiology radiology examination and treatment of 65 cases of patient data to the study group;J 61 cases in our hospital in 2011 January, the Department of radiology of-2013 in January to accept the radiological examination and treatment, as the control group; the study group using PDCA cycle method to improve the control group and did not receive routine care program to improve the PDCA cycle method, compared two groups seized waiting time, patient satisfaction, health education and awareness of adverse events. Results The study group waiting time （20.81±9.11） min were significantly shorter than the control group （49.58±12.14） min, satisfaction of patients, health education awareness rate was higher than the control group, and the adverse events was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Improvement of PDCA circulation method has a positive value in radiology nursing safety management, shorten patient waiting time while improving inspection patient satisfaction, health education awareness and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
