条形码追溯系统应用于外来手术器械管理的效果

Application of Bar Code Tracing System to the Management of Foreign Surgical Instruments

目的对外来手术器械应用条形码追溯系统的管理与应用进行探究。方法选取2013年6月—2014年6月该院外来手术器械200份作为研究对象,以随机数字表法为分组依据,将外来手术器械均分为对照组100份和观察组100份,对照组采用常规的手写记录管理,观察组采用条形码追溯系统进行管理,比较两组应用不同管理方法的效果。结果观察组对外来器械管理的出错率(4.00%)明显低于对照组的出错率(34.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用条形码追溯系统对外来器械包可进行高效的管理,避免了器械在进行清洗、消毒、打包、灭菌、储存、发放的过程中的丢失、缺失等情况,操作方法简便、快捷,提高了对外来手术室器械的管理效率。

Objective To surgical instruments applied to explore the management and application of bar code trace system. Meth-ods From June 2013 to June 2013 in our foreign surgical instruments, 200 as the research object, with random number table method for grouping basis, will be divided into invasive surgical instruments into the control group, 100, 100 and observation group in the control group using conventional written records management, observation group USES the bar code traceability system for management, compare the application effect of two groups of different management method.Results The observation group and the error rate of foreign equipment management （4.00%）, significantly lower than the control group of error rate （34.00%）, comparing the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using bar code traceability system for foreign instrument set can be effective management, for the most part to avoid the equipment for cleaning, disinfection, packaging, sterilization, storage, dis-tribution of missing, missing, and so on and so forth, in the process of operation method is simple, fast, and improve the efficiency of management of equipment outside the operating room.
