糖尿病属于常见性、多发性心血管疾病,尤其是社区人群病发率较高,建立社区糖尿病健康档案,可全面动态掌握患者病情、发展过程,为有效实施管理提供依据。近些年来,社区卫生服务日益发展,健康档案覆盖率逐渐拓展,然而服务质量很难保证。主要因为社区服务人员减少,且工作较为复杂,建档工作配套较为落后。同时,居民不配合、不理解,对建档工作也造成严重影响。所以,怎样提升居民参与率,是社区健康档案发展的重要研究课题。

Diabetes belongs to common, multiple cardiovascular disease, especially the adt is higher, community people build community diabetes health records, comprehensive dynamic master the patients＆#39; condition, development process, provide the basis for effective management. In recent years, the development of community health service, health records coverage gradually expand, but service quality is difficult to guarantee. Mainly because community service staff to reduce, and the work is relatively complicat-ed, form a complete set of document is relatively backward. At the same time, residents do not cooperate, don＆#39;t understand, also caused serious for document. So, how to improve residents＆#39; participation, is important research topic in the development of com-munity health records.
