扩散与异化:现阶段我国劳资矛盾的新表征

Pervasion and Dissimilation:New Characteristics of Labor-Capital Contradiction in Present China

由于中国特殊的历史背景、制度构架、文化传统、发展阶段等使劳资矛盾呈现出一种独特的表现形态。现阶段我国劳资矛盾表现出凸显与扩散的特性,日益显性化和常态化,并由生存型向发展型劳资矛盾扩展和生长,且矛盾诉求形式外溢,由企业内部向社会扩散。与此同时劳资矛盾还出现了偏离与异化现象,衍生出更为复杂社会矛盾,如族群矛盾、劳政矛盾、本地人-外地人矛盾、地域矛盾以及由非直接利益相关的敌恶势力操纵和控制的外源性矛盾等。劳资矛盾的这一系列新特征也带来新的社会风险和危机。

The contradiction between labor and capital presents particular characteristics because of our spe‐cial historical background ,institutional frame ,cultural tradition and developmental stage .Presently ,the la‐bor‐capital contradiction is sharpening and pervading ,which not only becomes a dominant and normal con‐tradiction ,but also is transforming from surviving‐type to developmental‐type dispute and it expands from inner‐enterprise to society .At the same time ,labor‐capital contradiction shows a feature of dissimilation .It leads to a series of more complicated contradictions such as ethnic contradiction ,labor‐government contra‐diction ,native‐alien contradiction and exogenous contradiction intervened by hostile and gangland forces , w hich causes new social risks and crises .
