处于偏远区域的水电站或专变客户,因路途较遥远,而且分布点多面广,导致上门抄读电量数据的难度很大。介绍利用北斗卫星通信技术,实现偏远区域的水电站或专变客户电量数据的测控及准确抄读。
In a remote area, hydropower station or dedicated transformer clients meet difficuhies for reading power data on- spot due to the distant journey and too many localities. Based on Beidou satellite communication technology, hydropower station at remote ar- ea or dedicated transformer clients can realize data measurement and control.
