Based on the successful application of load control system and the intelligent accounting system, natural month settle- ment is useful for customer to memorize the settlement period, extend work time of electricity recovery and collection. The method is advan- tageous to the overall arrangement of human resources, improve elec- tricity payment consciousness for the customers at the same time, pro- mote the natural recovery ratio, automatic meter reading accounting key performance indicators.
