改良式输尿管导管联合钬激光在治疗输尿管下段嵌顿性结石中的临床价值

Clinical vaue of the improved ureteral catheter with holmium laser treating lower ureteral stone incarcerated

目的 分析改良式输尿管导管联合钬激光治疗输尿管下段嵌顿性结石的临床有效性及可行性.方法 对本院收治的45例输尿管下段嵌顿性结石患者,术中运用去顶端的F4输尿管导管联合钬激光碎石技术,将结石击碎,术后输尿管内常规留置双J管.结果 45例患者均一次性顺利完成手术,单次手术结石清石率为97.8％ （44/45）,未发生输尿管撕裂、出血、术后感染等并发症.结论 改良式输尿管导管联合钬激光治疗输尿管下段嵌顿性结石疗效肯定,术中视野清晰,并发症较少,值得临床推广。

Objectives To analyze the efficacy and feasibility of the improved ureteral catheter with holmium laser in treating lower incarcerated ureteral stones.Methods We collected 45 cases of lower ureteral stone incarcerated,used the technology of F4 ureteral catheter removed the top with the holmium laser,crushed stone and then indwelled the double J tube.Results 45 patients underwent successful operation.Stone clearance rate was 97.8% （44/45）,and no complication occurred such as ureter tearing,bleeding,and infection.Conclusions The improved ureteral catheter with holmium laser is effective in treating the lower ureteral stone incarcerated.It ensure the clear vision and reduce the postoperative complications.It＇ s worthy of promotion.
