改良Devine术治疗成人隐匿性阴茎

Treatment for adult patients with concealed penis by using modified devine operation

目的 评价改良Devinc手术治疗成人隐匿性阴茎的疗效.方法 分析2012年12月至2014年6月间本院泌尿外科收治的48例成人隐匿性阴茎患者,所有患者均行改良Devine手术.于手术治疗前后采用Zung焦虑自评量表（Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）、抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depressing scale,SDS）对48例成人隐匿性阴茎患者的焦虑和抑郁情况进行调查分析.结果 全部患者均顺利完成手术,术后无并发症出现,阴茎显露良好,长度延长2～4em;随访6～24个月,阴茎均勃起正常,无阴茎回缩.48例患者中焦虑31例,占64.58％;抑郁29例,占60.42％.48例成人隐匿性阴茎的SAS评分和SDS评分与国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.手术后焦虑抑郁发生率及评分均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 改良Devine手术治疗成人隐匿性阴茎疗效确切。

Objectives To evaluate efficacy of modified Devine operation in treatment for adult patients with concealed penis（CP）.Methods The clinical data of 48 adult patients CP,who were treated in our hospital and given the modified Devine operation from December 2012 to June 2014,and were retrospectively analysed,and rated by using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depressing scale （SDS） before and after the surgery.Results The operations in all cases were performed successfully.No complications occured in our study after the operation.Excellent exposure of penis occurred in all cases,and the penises werc all prolonged 2 ～4 cm.Follow-up of 6 ～ 24 months duration showed all normal penis erection and no complications of penile retraction.The positive rate of anxiety was 64.58%,and that of depression was 60.42%.SAS score and SDS score in adult patients CP compared with internal normal norm,with significant difference（P 〈 0.01）.The incidence rate and SAS score and SDS score were lower after the nursing intervention,there was statistical significance before and after the surgery （all P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions The modified Devine operation in treatment for adult patients CP is safe and effective.
