糖尿病肾病分子发病机制及临床应用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 糖尿病是终末期肾病的首要原因,其分子发病机制涉及众多细胞、分子、多因素参与,并与多条信号转导通路活化、交叉作用.目前研究热点主要集中在内源性肾脏保护因子如血红素加氧酶1(HO-1)、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)和DPP-4酶抑制剂、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),及肾素抑制剂、氧化应激-炎症反应、内皮素及内皮素拮抗剂等方面.并相继研发出多种相关药物,这些药物通过直接或间接作用起到抗炎、抗纤维化、抑制尿蛋白生成、改善肾功能等功效,给糖尿病肾病的治疗带来一丝曙光。
