摘要
目的了解健康体检不同人群的心理需求,达到增强医护人员主动服务意识,改进体检流程,使体检方便快捷。方法采用自行设计问卷对518例体检者从人口学资料,体检时心理需求如开单咨询清楚、体检项目个性化等20个项目用5分制模式调查。结果体检时最迫切的心理需求是服务态度占69.36%,医疗技术占72.45%,体检便捷占72.50%,报告解读清楚占68.47%,个性化选项占65.25%等10项。结论掌握体检者心理需求,实施人性化服务,缓解体检者心理焦虑,实行个性化健康指导。
Objective To understand the psychological demands of physical examination in different populations in order to enhance the active service awareness of the medical staff and improve the check-up process with convenience and high efficiency. Methods 518 cases of physical examination were selected as research subjects. We used the 5 point mode self-designed ques- tionnaire with 20 items to research the demographics and the psychological demands such as billing consulting, the personalized items of physical examination and so on. Results The most urgent psychological demand was the service attitude accounting for 69.36 ~. In addition, medical technology, convenience of examination, clearly explanation of the report and selection of the items respectively accounted for 72.40 %, 72.5 %, 68.47 % and 65.25 %.
