心理护理模式在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果观察

目的探讨心理护理模式在慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年12月—2014年12月攀枝花市第四人民医院收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者78例,随机分成心理护理组和常规护理组,每组39例。心理护理组给予心理护理干预,常规护理组给予常规护理干预,比较两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、复发情况及护理满意度。结果干预前两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后心理护理组患者的SAS、SDS评分低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心理护理组复发率低于常规护理组,护理满意度高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理模式可以有效改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的不良心理情绪,提高患者的临床疗效,是临床护理应用实践过程中的理想选择之一。

Objective To explore the effect of the psychological care model usong in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic hepatitis B from December 2013 to December 2014 in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Panzhihua,they were randomly divided into psychological nursing group and conventional nursing group,39 cases in each group. The psychological nursing group were given psychological nursing intervention,the conventional nursing group were given routine nursing intervention,the anxiety self rating scale（SAS）and self rating Depression Scale（SDS）scores before and after treatment,recurrence and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were not statistically sig-nificant differences in SAS scores,SDS scores between the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0. 05）;the SDS and SAS scores of the psychological nursing group were lower than that of the conventional nursing group after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）. The recur-rence rate of the psychological nursing group was lower than the routine nursing group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than the conventional nursing group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the adverse psy-chological mood of patients with chronic hepatitis B,improve the clinical efficacy,which is one of the ideal choice for clinical nursing practice.
