建筑工程管理的现状及改进措施分析

随着我国经济的快速发展,建筑工程行业也得到了快速的发展,建筑施工工程不断增多,使得对建筑工程管理水平的要求也越来越高。然而目前很多建筑工程管理属于粗放式管理,并没有与建筑行业得到协调发展,存在着诸多问题。该文首先阐述了建筑工程管理的重要性和现状,随后对问题提出针对性的改进措施,对建筑工程管理水平的提高具有积极的指导意义。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, the construction industry has been rapid development, the construction projects continued to increase, so that the requirements of the construction engineering management lever are increasingly high. However, most of construction management is extensive management and have many problems ,it is no coordinated development with construction industry. This paper first expounds the importance of building engineering management and the status quo, and then put forward the improvement measures according to the current situation, that has the positive guidance significance to improve the construction management level.
