奥利司他与肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的生殖功能障碍与代谢异常并存的妇科内分泌疾病,以高雄激素血症、排卵障碍以及卵巢多囊状态为特征性表现,其中大部分患者存在体重超标,且大多数为中心性肥胖。奥利司他是一种胃肠道脂肪酶抑制剂,可以减少人体对脂肪的吸收,从而达到控制体重的效果。奥利司他可明显降低肥胖型PCOS患者的体重指数和腰臀比,显著改善性激素紊乱及糖脂代谢异常的症状。本文将对肥胖型PCOS患者服用奥利司他治疗后,患者体重、性激素及糖脂代谢的变化情况进行系统论述。
