从技术装备发展看中国职业教育演进--中国职业教育技术装备建设史略

Reviewing on the Evolution of China's Vocational Education from the Perspective of Development of Technology and Equipment——The Brief History of Technology and Equipment Construction for China's Vocational Education

职业教育技术装备建设工作是职业教育事业的重要组成部分,与一般教学工作联系紧密又有区别,是一个涉及多个领域和门类,专业性、技术性特点比较突出的大的范畴和体系。回顾职业教育技术装备建设的历史,可以发现,其与职业教育的发展轨迹相辅相成。职业教育的不断发展,推进技术装备事业形成一个建设、配置、管理、应用比较完善,基本适应教育教学发展需要的行业体系和产学研相结合的完整格局,而这又极大促进了中国职业教育现代化进程。总结我国职业教育技术装备建设的基本经验是,落实政府发展责任是我国职业教育技术装备建设的主导,动员社会力量参与是我国职业教育技术装备建设的途径,依法推进是我国职业教育技术装备建设的保障。未来一个时期,我国职业教育技术装备发展要服务于《中国制造2025》对技能人才培养的新要求,把握好完善标准这一关键环节,以信息化为建设的主要突破口。

The technology and equipment construction for vocational education is an important part of vocational education business, which closely associates with but is different from the general teaching work. And it is a big category and system with comparatively protruding professional and technical features and referring to multiple fields and categories. Reviewing the history of technology and equipment construction fi3r vocational education, it can be found that its developing history cannot be separated from the developing track of vocational education. The continuous development of vocational education promoted the formation of complete pattern integrating industrial system and the producing-learning-researching, which was comparatively perfect in construction, configuration, management and application, and basically adapted to the demand of education and teaching development. The formation of complete pattern greatly promoted the modernization of Chinese vocational education. The basic experience of technology and equipment construction for China＇ s vocational education can be summarized as： Implementing the government＇ s development responsibility is the dominant, mobilizing social forces to participate is the pathway, and promoting development in accordance with the law is the guarantee. In a filture period, the development of technology and equipment for China＇ s vocational education should serve the new requirements for skilled talents cultivating of ＂Chinese Manufacturing 2025＂ , optimize the standard and regard the inti^rmationization construction as the major breakthrough.
