心脏手术相关急性肾损伤的危险因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 心脏手术相关急性肾损伤(cardiac surgery—associated acute kidney injury,CSA—AKI)是心脏大血管手术后的重要并发症,尤其在进行体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)的患者中,其特征为术后短期内肾功能急剧下降,临床表现为血清肌酐(Scr)水平快速上升、尿量减少达到AKI诊断标准。本研究将对CSA—AKI的流行病学特征及相关危险因素进行分析,为进一步优化其防治措施提供理论依据。
