摘要
长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)通过影响表观遗传修饰在多种肿瘤的发生发展中起到重要作用,HOX转录反义RNA(HOX transcript antisense RNA,HOTAIR)是其中研究较为深入的一种,其在多种肿瘤中的作用已明确。很多lncRNA包括HOTAIR可与多梳蛋白抑制复合物2(polycomb repress complex2,PRC2)结合,组蛋白-赖氨酸N-甲基转移酶EZH2是PRC2中起催化作用的关键亚基,其介导的组蛋白H3甲基化作用与多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,同时HOTAIR与EZH2的相互作用关系已在多种肿瘤中被研究证实。本文对HOTAIR及EZH2在不同肿瘤中的作用及二者的相互关系进行综述,并探索二者在肿瘤中的研究应用前景。
The long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)plays an important role in the occurrence and development of multiple tumors through regulating the epigenetic modification.HOX transcript antisense RNA(HOTAIR),one of the most deeply studied lncRNAs,was proved to have clear impact in various tumors.Many lncRNAs including HOTAIR could combine with the polycomb repress complex 2(PRC2),while the histone lysine N-methyl transferase EZH2 was the key subunit of PRC2 in its catalytic action.The methylation of histone H3 mediated by EZH2 was associated with the occurrence and development of multiple tumors,meanwhile the interaction between HOTAIR and EZH2 was also been confirmed in many tumors.This article summarized the fuction of HOTAIR and EZH2 in different tumors and the interaction between them,furthermore to explore the research and application value of these two factors.
