知柏地黄丸联合二至丸治疗慢性精囊炎疗效观察

Effect of Zhibai Dihuang wan combined with Erzhi wan for Chronic Vesiculitis

目的:观察知柏地黄丸联合二至汤治疗慢性精囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性精囊炎患者58例随机分为2组,对照组26例应用罗红霉素口服,2周后改为蒲地蓝消炎片治疗2周;观察组32例应用知柏地黄丸联合二至丸治疗,疗程共4周。结果:痊愈率、总有效率观察组分别为47.35%、84.38%,对照组分别为19.23%、61.54%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6月,痊愈率、总有效率观察组分别为50.00%、87.50%,对照组分别为23.08%、57.69%,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的精液量和精子活力均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),且观察组上述指标增加较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸联合二至丸治疗慢性精囊炎效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhibai Dihuang pills combined with Erzhi pills for chronic vesiculitis.Methods:A total of 58 cases diagnosed as chronic vesiculitis were didivided randomly into the control group(n=26) and the experiment group(n=32).The patients in the control group received roxithromycin for two weeks,then pudilanxiaoyan tablets for two weeks The patients in the experiment group received Zhibai Dihuang wan and Erzhi wan for four weeks.Results:The recovery rate and total effective rate after 4 weeks and 6 months in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time in the experiment group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).And the semen volume and sperm motility in the two groups after treatment were all increased(P< 0.05),and which in the experiment group being significantly higher(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Zhibai Dihuang wan combined with Erzhi wan for Chronic vesiculitis has certain effect and is worth to be popularized.
