抑郁症患者脑白质的弥散张量成像研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 抑郁症是一种常见的危害性极大精神障碍性疾病,据文献[1]报道抑郁症已经成为全球第三大经济负担障碍疾病,预计到2020年抑郁症的疾病负担将上升到第2位。近年来磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)技术已成为精神科学特别是抑郁症的研究热点,它打破了对抑郁症认识仅仅停留在对其临床症状描述、心理精神分析和评估上的局面,为精神疾病的病因、发病机理、疗效观察提供了功能结构指导。
