Quasi-exact analytical solution of electron-hole system in 1D quantum ring

摘要 应用准精确解析求解的方法研究了一维量子环中的电子-空穴系统,得到环半径在一些离散的特殊取值的时候可解析地求得波函数和能量.结果显示,该系统的能级是二重简并的,分别为宇称的两个本征态,并且相同能量的属于不同宇称的波函数图像在坐标系右半边完全重合,而在左半边完全相反. The model of electron-hole system in 1D quantum ring is investigated by using quasi-exact ana- lytical method. At some discrete special values of ring's radius, the wave functions and energies can be obtained analytically. The results show that energy of the system is two-fold degenerate, which are two eigenstates of parity and the wave functions of the two eigenstates completely overlap in the right half of the coordinate system, but are contrary in the left half of the coordinate system.
