摘要
肝素是一类结构异常复杂的糖胺聚糖混合物,因其具有多种生物学功能,其提取纯化方法一直是各国学者研究的热点。综述了肝素的结构特点、生物功能及提取纯化技术进行了综述,重点阐述了肝素及其类似物分离纯化技术在海洋生物资源利用方面的最新研究进展及趋势。
Heparin is a class of glycosaminoglyeans with very complex structures. Because of a variety of biological functions, its extraction and purification methods have been focused research area for the scholars all over the world. The structural characteristics and biological properties of heparin were summarized, extraction and purification technology of heparin were reviewed, focusing on research progress and trend of separation and purification for heparin and its heparin-like compounds in marine resources.
