摘要 [目的]监测浙江海域海捕虾中的重金属含量。[方法]对浙江海域40个海捕虾中甲基汞、无机砷、铅、镉4种重金属的含量进行监测和分析。[结果]这4种重金属在虾肉中均有一定的残留量。甲基汞含量大小为:日本对虾>鹰爪虾和假长缝拟对虾>哈氏仿对虾;无机砷含量大小为:假长缝拟对虾>鹰爪虾和日本对虾>哈氏仿对虾;铅含量大小为:日本对虾>鹰爪虾>哈氏仿对虾>假长缝拟对虾;镉含量大小为:哈氏仿对虾>日本对虾和假长缝拟对虾>鹰爪虾。海捕虾中甲基汞、无机砷、铅和镉含量都符合国家标准规定。经评估,甲基汞风险较低,但沿海城市居民高摄入量水平有一定风险,镉风险均较低。[结论]该研究可为掌握浙江海域海捕水产品中的重金属污染情况和开展健康风险评估提供数据。 [ Objective] The research aimed to monit~)r the content of heavy metal in sea shrimp in the sea area of Zhejiang. [ Method] The content of 4 kinds of heavy metals (methyl mercury, inorganic arsenic, Pb, Cd) in 40 sea shrimps in the sea area of Zhejiang was monitored and analyzed. [ Result] The monitoring results showed that these 4 kinds of heavy metals in the shrimp meat had a certain residual amount. The order of methyl mercury content was as following: Marsupenaeus japonicus 〉 Trachypenaeus curvirostris and Parapenaeusfissuroides 〉 Parapenaeopsis hardwickii. The order of inorganic arsenic content was as following: Parapenaeusfissuroides 〉 Trachypenaeus curvirostris and Mar- supenaeus japonicus 〉 Parapenaeopsis hardwickii. The order of Pb content was as following: Marsupenaeus japonicus 〉 Trachypenaeus curvirostris 〉 Parapenaeopsis hardwickii 〉 Parapenaeus fissuroides. The order of cadmium content was as following: Parapenaeopsis hardwickii 〉 Penaeus japonicus and Parapenaeus J^suroides 〉 Trachypenaeus curvirostris. The contents of methyl mercury, inorganic arsenic, Pb and cadmium in sea shrimps were according with national standards. The results of risk assessment showed that the risk of methyl mercury was lower, but the coastal urban residents had a certain risk, and the risk of cadmium was relatively lower. [ Conclusion ] The research could provide data for grasping the pollution of heavy metals in sea aquatic products and making the healthy risk assessment in the sea area of Zhejiang.
