摘要
[目的]探讨不同有机负荷条件下玉米秸秆厌氧发酵情况。[方法]在37℃条件下,通过批式试验分析玉米秸秆不同初始进料浓度厌氧发酵产气潜力。[结果]在初始有机浓度为10、20、30 g VS/L的条件下,玉米秸秆厌氧发酵的最终累积产气量分别为654.3、662.3、651.3 ml/g(VS_(added))。试验结束后,发酵液p H、氨氮浓度、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)和碱度(TIC)均在正常范围内,均未发生抑制现象;TS和VS降解率均在75%~90%之间,20 g VS/L浓度的玉米秸秆的TS、VS降解率最高。[结论]玉米秸秆在初始浓度为10~20g VS/L范围内均能够进行良好的厌氧发酵,在20 g VS/L条件下的厌氧发酵效果最佳。
[ Objective ] Anaerobic fermentation of maize straw at different organic load was investigated. [ Method ] Under the temperature of 37 ± 1 ℃, several batch reactor experiments were performed by different initial concentration of maize straw to analyze biogas production po- tential. [ Result] At initial concentration of 10, 20, 30 gVS/L, biogas production potential of maize straw was respectively 654.3, 662.3, 651.3 ml/g (VS,dded ). The value of pH, VFAs, ammonia nitrogen concentration and TIC of fermentation liquor were all within the normal range, inhibition phenomenon did not happen. The degradation rate of TS and VS were between 75% - 90% , which of maize straw at 20 gVS/L concentration was the highest. [ Conclusion] Anaerobic fermentation of maize straw in the initial concentration of 10 - 20 gVS/L range could perform well, which is conducive to improving the potential gas production. The effeet of anaerobic fermentation of maize straw at 10 gVS/L performed best.
